All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

We do not accept deposits for a puppy until the litter is born.

We never accept the same number of deposits as puppies in the litter. This allows us to keep any puppy we believe will improve our line(s). This puppy may live with us or be placed on a co-own basis. We never breed a litter ‘just to place/sell puppies’.

When a deposit is placed, it is placed on the “Litter” itself NOT on a specific puppy! A $200 deposit is generally required. By placing a deposit on a litter it guarantees that if there is a puppy with the appropriate personality for your home’s needs, you will get that puppy. We do all we can to accommodate sex and coloring requirements, but lifestyle and living conditions are our primary considerations.

We do not allow people to choose a specific puppy at birth solely based on coloring or markings (which is all that can be seen at birth). Personality and temperament are far more important qualities to take into consideration when choosing a companion or show and/or performance partner. We make every effort to accommodate the choices of the perspective homes, but we will NOT place a puppy in a home if we do not believe it is the right personality for a particular home.

As the litter matures, if there is not a puppy that we believe will suit a home’s personality needs, the deposit is ‘rolled’ over into an upcoming litter. This can happen if a home is looking for a specific sex or there is a color requirement (i.e. only wants a blue merle female).

Homes looking for ‘intact’ show quality conformation dogs are dealt with on an individual basis. We are very selective on where our pups go. Show quality cannot be determined until an individual dog’s structure can be fully evaluated at a later age.
