Bitch Application

 

 

The following things, are required for all Aussies bitches to be bred to our studs, Some things will be provided at the time the Bitch arrives to me for breeding (these are marked by a *)

  1. Registered name and copies of AKC & ASCA registration papers
    Copy of lease agreement on bitch, (personal, AKC, and ASCA) if applicable
  2. At least 5 generation Pedigree
  3. Stacked pictures of bitch from all four angles - left side, right side, front, and back. (a video or DVD could be provided in lieu of the photos).
  4. Vaccination and worming records (including a current fecal result)*
  5. Brucellosis results with testing done within 10 days prior to breeding.*
  6. All OFA certificate copies (Hips mandatory, elbows are preferred)
  7. Current CERF eye exam copy (DNA-CEA optigen test results optional)
  8. Copy of Thyroid T4 panel results
  9. Copy of any title certificates earned by bitch.
  10. Pictures of prior progeny if she has had any litters before.
  11. Copies of title certificates of any progeny.
  12. Description of temperament
  13. Written assurance of lessee/owner that they are not suspended from AKC and/or ASCA regarding breeding and being able to register litters.

The following things, are required for all Border Collie bitches to be bred to our studs, Some things will be provided at the time the Bitch arrives to me for breeding (these are marked by a *)

  1. Registered name and copies of AKC & ABCA registration papers
    Copy of lease agreement on bitch, (personal, AKC) if applicable
  2. At least 5 generation Pedigree
  3. DVD or Video of dog working (or photos of the dog working stock).
  4. Vaccination and worming records (including a current fecal result)*
  5. Brucellosis results with testing done within 10 days prior to breeding.*
  6. All OFA certificate copies (Hips mandatory, elbows are preferred)
  7. Current CERF eye exam copy (DNA-CEA optigen test results preferred)
  8. Copy of Thyroid T4 panel results
  9. Copy of any title certificates earned by bitch.
  10. Any information known about bitches pedigree and epilepsy.
  11. Copies of title certificates of any progeny.
  12. Description of temperament
  13. Written assurance of lessee/owner that they are not suspended from AKC and/or ABCA regarding breeding and being able to register litters
